  • Nicholas A. Maloyan is the founder and Managing Attorney of Maloyan Law, A Professional Law Corporation. The firm has office spaces in the States of California and Florida. Mr. Maloyan oversees all cases at the firm to ensure their successful outcomes, spanning from pre-litigation, alternative dispute resolution, appraisals, litigation and settlements.

    Mr. Maloyan has gained wide recognition as one of the state's leading property damage attorneys, handling complex first and third-party residential and commercial property damage insurance matters on behalf of his clients.

    Additionally, Mr. Maloyan handles Homeowner Association (HOA) liability claims, construction defect cases against contractors whose workmanship fall below the applicable standard of care and premises liability matters.

Brenda Abalkhad, Esq.

  • Brenda serves as Of Counsel at Maloyan Law, APLC, where she expertly handles cases arising from employment disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and whistleblower retaliation. Her comprehensive approach to case management is driven by her deep understanding of the complexities involved in employment law.

    In addition to her case management skills, Brenda has considerable experience in employment litigation. Her strong background and previous employment history enhances her ability to navigate the litigation process effectively.
